Mortgage rates are climbing again. Interest rates on 30-year, fixed-rate mortgages hit an average of four-point-five-seven percent this week. That's close to the two-year high set in August.
Economists say a stronger economy and concerns about stimulus action by the Federal Reserve are pushing rates higher. Analysts expect home loan rates to hit nearly five percent this fall.
