EL PASO - Authorities in Mexico have arrested a murder suspect.
American law enforcement caught up with Enrique Cortez, and handed him over to Mexican officials at the Stanton Bridge, this week.
Cortez is a suspect in a 2003 murder in Chihuahua.
He was living illegally in Arkansas for several years.
