Monday, January 20, 2014 - 11:50pm

250 bails of hay catch fire in Berino, New Mexico.

According to Doña Ana County Sheriffs Department, the fire started around 7:34pm at Bonestroo Dairy Farm.

The stable is a complete loss, estimated damage at more than $200,000.

Details are limited at this time, but what we do know is that all the animals were safely removed, and no injuries were reported.

Investigators are headed to the scene, according to spokesperson for the Doña Ana County Sheriffs Department, Kelly Jameson.

The fire will continue to burn since water doesn't have an effect on hay.

We have a crew en route, we'll bring you the latest details when they become available.
