El Paso - - A hearing for accused killer David Marmolejo has been put off to next week.
His attorney was expected today to ask a judge to suppress evidence including a confession.
Marmolejo is accused of killing his mother Gloria and of dumping her body in the Santa Teresa desert.
As someone who has been closely watching this case, there has been no confession. I think the media is reporting a lot of untruths.
