EL PASO - This week’s Manhunt Monday is targeting a man wanted for assaulting a pregnant woman during a family dispute.
Fernando Ochoa, 30, is a known Barrio Azteca gangster.
Ochoa failed to show for court on charges of assault causing bodily injury.
He is believed to be hiding with friends and family in the Borderland.
