An east El Paso man claims his old employer owes him money. Christian Arzaga says the company, La Union, won't give it to him. Arzaga says when went to pick up his last two paychecks, the business told him they couldn't release them to him.
La Unionis a company that sub-contracts with Direct-TV. They say the company is six weeks behind on paying all employees and that Christian's paychecks would be available within the next two weeks.
