EL PASO - A Saturday morning fight outside of Geske's Fire Grill in far East El Paso sent one man to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police say Andre Billups, 28, punched Victor Vasquez, 30, causing him to fall and hit his head on the asphalt.
Paramedics rushed Vasquez to a hospital in serious condition.
Police charged Billups with aggravated assault.
