El Paso, TX (KDBC) — El Paso police officers have identified the man who they say was acting erratically shortly before he collapsed and died Monday.
According to police, Gabriel Lepe, 35, was attempting to reach into a vehicle and even climb a fence of a home in central El Paso.
A short time later, Lepe was found on the ground at the intersection of Richmond and Louisiana. He was rushed to University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
At this time investigators do not believe that the incident involved any type of traffic incident.
According to police, the death could be related to a medical condition or possible influence of an unknown substance.
