A man was arrested over the weekend for driving while intoxicated - with six children in the car.
47-year-old Emilio Ramos from Chaparral, New Mexico was speeding on US 54 near Ellerthorpe when he was stopped by a sergeant from the El Paso Police Department. The Sergeant issued a breath test and found his blood alcohol level to be more than double the legal limit.
The children's ages ranged from four to thirteen. There were also two other adults in the car. This is his third DWI charge.
