Man Busted for 3rd DWI

EL PASO – Police said they busted a man for his third DWI this morning.

Police said they caught 54-year-old Esteban Arrendondo after he ran a red light in the lower valley. We're told Arrendondo was convicted for a DWI last year, and in 1987.
