San Elizario, TX (KTSM) — Deputies with the El Paso County Sheriff's Department arrested a 22-year-old man after they say he was shooting a gun outside of his home in San Elizario, potentially putting his neighbors at risk.
The call initiated as a shots fired call around 5:50 p.m. Saturday evening in the area of Luisa Guerra St. And Pensamiento St. in San Elizario. When deputies arrived, they weren't able determine where they shots were coming from. A second call was placed about an hour later for shots fired, and deputies were able to narrow down their search to a home in the 900 block of Luisa Guerra St.
At the home, deputies located 22-year-old Gustavo Gonzalez, who was allegedly firing a gun outside of the home and potentially putting the surrounding public in danger. Gonzalez was placed under arrest and charged with Deadly Conduct. His bonds totaled $750.
