EL PASO — El Paso County Sheriff's Deputies have captured a Manhunt Monday fugitive.
Alex Silva was wanted for aggravated assault on a public servant after allegedly firing a BB gun at deputies in 2009.
Deputies said on Thursday they tried to pull him over for driving on the wrong side of the road.
They said he refused to stop until he lost control and hit a parked car.
He was featured on Crime Stoppers Most Wanted back in May.
