Man Arrested After Allegedly Stealing Young Girl's Bike From Neighbor's Garage

LAS CRUCES — Justin Lozano, 25, was arrested and charged with three counts of burglary.

According to Las Cruces Police, Lozano allegedly entered his neighbor's open garage and stole a young girl's bicycle, and a bag of tools.

Police said Lozano also broke into at least two vehicles, and took tolls from one and a bag full of change from another.

Officers stopped Lozano as he was riding the girls bicycle, and he was arrested.

Police said he also dumped the tools and bag of change in a nearby ditch before he was arrested.

He was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center.
