Luxury Living at Cereso Prison Coming to an End

JUAREZ - The party's almost over at the Cereso prison.

A crackdown is underway, after it was revealed that some inmates were living in the lap of luxury; some had kitchens, beds and plasma TVs, with the prison door locks under their control.
