EL PASO - Low turnout is expected for tomorrow's general election in the borderland.

Voters will decide the outcome of the Socorro mayor's race, 10 propositions on the statewide ballot, and a school bond in Anthony, Texas.

In Las Cruces, they'll decide the race for mayor and three councilmembers.
