LCPS schools seek children for summer school

Staying in school longer has proven to help children in the Land of Enchantment.

The Las Cruces Public Schools Kindergarten to Third grade plus program(K-3+) will grow by about 400 students for next year.

The program keeps kids in classes an extra 25 days, extending their school year into August. Classes are held Mondays through

• Hermosa Heights Elementary: 527-9530, 1655 E. Amador Ave.;
