A Las Cruces massage therapist is behind bars after Dona Ana County Sheriff's Deputies allege that he violated a client during a massage therapy session earlier this month.

David Figueroa, 48, was reportedly called to the victim's home off El Camino Real to help a man who was experiencing back pain. During the massage, the victim said Figueroa allegedly moved to his buttocks area.

The victim told Figueroa he was uncomfortable and to not massage that area, but Figueroa allegedly continued to massage the victim's buttocks and then allegedly inserted his thumb into the victim's anus.

The victim reportedly jumped off of the massage table and then allegedly hit Figueroa in the mouth. Figueroa left the victim's home but was located shortly thereafter and was arrested.

Figueroa has since been charged with criminal sexual penetration and was booked on a $25,000 secured bond.
