A 30-year-old Las Cruces man has been arrested and charged with exposing himself to at least two different women in separate parking lots over a four-day period earlier this month.

Jason Alfredo Molina, 30, has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure after LCPD was able to trace his vehicle to one of the incidents.

The first incident happened on March 11th when a women was walking through a parking lot near Pro's Ranch Market on El Paseo Rd., when a heavy-set man driving a white sport utility vehicle began circling her. The man eventually drove up next to her and asked for direction.

When the woman turned to speak with the man, she saw that his pants were down and he was masturbating. The woman said he continued following her and asked her if she wanted to get in his SUV.

The second incident happened on March 15th, when a woman who was visiting an ice cream shop on North Main Street with her 3-year-old child noticed a white SUV parked near her car. As the woman approached her car, the driver of the SUV yelled out to her. When she turned to look toward the man, she saw that his pants were down and he was masturbating.

The man drove away quickly, but the woman was able to get the SUV's license place which she passed along to police.

A deputy from the Dona Ana County Sheriff’s Office located the SUV at Molina’s residence, which is north of Las Cruces. LCPD interviewed Molina and were allegedly able to corroborate the two women's statements.

Molina was arrested and booked into the Dona Ana County Detention Center with a cash-only bond set at $2,500.

Detectives have reason to believe Molina may have exposed himself publicly to other women. Anyone who has experienced a similar incident is asked to call police at (575) 526-0795.
