In a study of 18,000 children, researchers found kids whose parents experienced fertility problems were more likely to have asthma, wheezing and to be taking asthma medications. Asthma rates were especially high in children born after in vitro fertilization or sperm injection. Researchers still aren't sure why these children are more prone to asthma, but remind parents that the actual number of cases is relatively low.
