Juarez - - A 16th person has died from a weekend massacre in Juarez.
Juan Carlos Medrano, 17, died from gunshot wounds.
On Saturday, gunmen fired on a group of people at a party.
13 people are wounded including four in critical condition.
Juarez police are offering a reward of $75,000 for information leading to the killer's arrest.
