That's what an El Paso man said to police right before he was arrested for DWI for the fourth time.
34-year-old Gabriel Matamoros was caught driving 50 miles per hour in a 30 mile per hour zone in the 300 block of Schuster early Wednesday morning. When police asked him for his driver's license and proof of insurance, he told them, "I'm going to jail."
Police discovered Matamoros had been convicted three times prior for Driving While Intoxicated. He was booked into jail on a $5,000 bond.
