JUAREZ — Hundreds of Juarez residents spent hours waiting in line outside of the city's police stations today.
They were all waiting their turn to get a noncriminal record certificate.
Everyone who applies for a job in the city is required to have one.
It proves to an employer that job applicants do not have a criminal record.
The long lines are common every January since residents are required to obtain a new certificate ever year.
