EL PASO, TX — The Humane Society of El Paso says it's harder to adopt cats out when the weather get's colder. Beginning Sunday, Nov. 11th until Saturday, Nov. 17th, you can stop by and adopt a cat or kitten for just $40.00. The cost includes the cat's shots, mircrochip fee and spay/ neuter fees.
