EAST EL PASO — Hoy Fox Volkswagen has reached a milestone.
Today they celebrated their 40th anniversary.
The company has been honored by Volkswagen America for this achievement as a Volkswagen dealer.
Bob Hoy started the company 40 years ago and is proud of everyone's hard work over the years.
