EL PASO -- A homeless man has died after being hit and killed by a driver in the Northeast area. It happened around 8 p.m. in the 5700 block of Dyer. El Paso police said a 55-year-old homeless man started crossing the street, failing to yield to traffic. That's when a 28-year-old driver hit the pedestrian. Police said they will not arrest the driver.
