U.S.home prices rose 12-point-2 percent in May, that's according to the Standard-and-Poor's/Case-Shiller Index. It is the biggest year-over-jump in prices since march 2006, near the peak of the housing bubble.
Home prices in two cities, Dallas and Denver, reached record level which surpassed peaks reached during the housing boom.
