El Paso, TX (KDBC) — It's is a big day for El Paso residents who are looking for more fresh, natural and organic foods.
Sprouts' Farmers Market has officially opened its doors in West El Paso.
Sprouts was located on North Mesa but has moved to its new location at 655 Sunland Park Dr., across from the Sunland Park Mall.
The official ribbon cutting ceremony for the officials opening of the new 31,000 square foot store was held at 6 a.m. Wednesday.
It may be a new store but it's not new to our community. Spokespersons for Sprouts, Carlos Rojas, said, "We relocated and we are now a bigger store. We're twice the size, twice the parking lot. Basically we heard El Paso and they wanted more Sprouts so we delivered. We opened the store which has basically over 6500 products. We try to focus on healthy living for less."
Every customer will receive one free reusable bag with purchase on Wednesday. On Saturday, the first 100 customers will receive a coupon booklet for five free sandwiches.
