EL PASO - Former County Commissioner for Precint 3, Willie Gandara, Jr., had his rearraignment hearing pushed back once again.
Gandara Jr., who had pleaded not guilty in a federal drug trafficking scheme earlier this year, is expected to return to court now on August 16, at 2:00 p.m.
