Furloughed FEMA workers called back to help protect against Tropical Storm Karen

Tropical Storm Karen is taking aim at the Gulf Coast and it could become Hurricane Karen by Friday night.

A tropical storm warning is in effect from Grand Isle to the mouth of the Pearl River. The state of Louisiana and parts of Florida are under a state of emergency.

Furloughed FEMA workers are being called back to the office to help "protect life and property."
