EL PASO, TX — We spoke to one of the suspect's former high school classmates and former basketball teammate, who says he's doesn't believe his friend, Irving Gomez, did anything wrong.
"I was shocked, just shocked because i never expected him to do this. I don't want to jump to conclusions since this whole process is still ongoing. But i was just shocked i couldn't believe it."
The friend, Michael Barron and the suspect, Irving Gomez attended El Paso High School together.
