JUAREZ - The verdicts are in, on one of Juarez's most infamous massacres.
In January 2010, gunmen killed 15 young people during a party on the city's south side. Survivors testified against the killers; and today, a panel of judges found four men guilty of the murders.
The crime prompted Mexico President Felipe Calderon to announce new measures, to crackdown on the violence in Juarez.
