Fighting West Nile at the Fair

Thursday, October 4, 2012 - 11:48pm

The Southern New Mexico State Fair has a lot to offer this year, but you might want to pay attention to one exhibit in particular. Doña Ana County vector control will be at the fair answering questions on mosquitoes and how to get their numbers down. West Nile cases have gone up in both Southern New Mexico and El Paso. Vector control will also be giving out Gambusia fish known to eat five times their weight in mosquito larvae, for free.
