EL PASO - Despite emergency officials urging people to stay off the roads, people were filling El Paso's fast food lines.
At almost every fast food restaurant our crews drove by, there were at least one or two people in line, getting a hot cup of coffee or bite to eat.
We caught up with someone from Phoenix who's in El Paso on business and made a Starbucks run for his co-workers.
"It's crazy, it's cold, seven degrees, and I was in Phoenix yesterday and it was 70 degrees, so the opposite," said Zach Foukas.
Many sit down restaurants along Mesa were closed due to the power outages.
