The announcement that thousands of troops are leaving Iraq no doubt brought joy to many families.
But the news also brought mixed emotions to those whose family members never made it home.
Sergeant Isela Rubalcava was the first female El Pasoan killed in Iraq. She died in May of 2003. Since then her family has done everything they can to honor her memory.
