El Paso - - The family of a man blamed for an accident with a DPS vehicle is speaking out.
Sandra Esposito says her father was driving his pick-up truck last wdeek at Montana and Magruder and claims he was hit by a speeding DPS trooper.
She tells us she spoke to people at nearby car dealerships, including a man who was outside when the accident happened...
"I saw the state trooper coming real fast, he was coming at 70 or 80 miles-per-hour, and then he ran a red light. The guy who got hit, he had a green light."
The Department of Public Safety says it is investigating the accident.
