Facebook users may soon have to hand over their Facebook passwords to employers. The U.S. House passed the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protecting Act last week. The bill allows employers to require that employees fork over their social media passwords. A last minute amendment to the bill has been shot down. The amendment would have protected employees from giving up their passwords. The legislation now moves on to the senate.
