EL PASO — Firefighters responded to Irvin High School, located on Roanoke Dr. in Northeast El Paso, after receiving reports of smoke in a building.
El Paso Independent School District Police were on the scene when firefighters arrived shortly before 1:30 a.m. Monday.
Fire investigators did not confirm where the smoke was coming from, but believe someone pulled the alarm intentionally.
No injuries were reported.
The incident did not impact students, because the campus is scheduled to be closed all week for the Thanksgiving holiday break.
