EPCSO searching for two fugitives wanted for different crimes

Local authorities are searching for two fugitives wanted for different crimes.

El Paso County Sheriff's said Eduardo Solis is wanted for burglary of habitation. They said earlier this month, Solis broke into a home on the 16800 block of Butterfield Trail and took several items. Witnesses said they saw a blue van speeding away from the home. Detectives were able to gather fingerprints from the home and determine that Solis was the suspect. He is now wanted by authorities.

Meanwhile, Sheriff's Deputies said Hector Eduardo Lopez is wanted for aggravated assault on a public servant. They said over the weekend, Lopez was stopped by officers on the 4500 block of Arlen. The officers said they saw narcotics in Lopez's car during the stop. That's when, they said, Lopez grabbed the officer's arm and sped away while holding the officer's arm. He was able to break free as the suspect took of. He was last seen driving a blue or green four door sedan.
