El Paso, TX (KDBC) — Navigators set up at Cielo Vista Mall to help ObamaCare "shoppers" with information about available coverage options.
The program, Enroll El Paso, held free informational sessions throughout Friday. The navigators also provided one-on-one consultations for those in search of medical insurance.
It was welcomed help and advice for those having trouble with the website.
"We log in and it throws you out. We start the process and you do a little bit of it and it throws you out. And that's what's happening now too,” Hector Perez of East El Paso said.
Navigators weren't able to actually enroll people, but they set up appointments for future dates.
