EL PASO - The Sun City is doing better than the rest of the country when it comes to job and salary growth, according to experts at the Milken Institute.
This year, the national organization ranked El Paso as the second best performing city in the United States. Last year, the city was ranked ninth in the nation.
San Antonio holds the number one spot for 2011.
