EL PASO, TX - "No comment." That's the latest word from El Paso city leaders on a lawsuit that could pay out millions of taxpayer dollars.
Those suing the city say the 2006 storm that left most of El Paso flooded caused a water retention pond at the city-ran Clint Landfill to burst. They say, that sent tons of trash and sand into area properties, and the city never helped them clean it up.
In all, 8 families are suing the city.
