DOWNTOWN EL PASO — The El Paso Fire Department responded to I-10 West in downtown El Paso on Sunday night after an 18-wheeler started on fire.
Fire crews blocked off the on-ramp at Yandell and Sante Fe.
Traffic was slowed to a single lane.
