EL PASO-- A second person has been arrested in connection to a robbery that police are calling a hate crime.
The crime happened last Sunday, when police say 24-year-old Arturo Contreras and Fernando Pacheco-Martinez viciously beat and robbed a 23-year-old man in a Northeast alley.
The victim told police that during the attack, the suspects made comments about his sexual preference.
Police arrested Martinez last week, and police say they still expect more arrests in this case.
