Police Arrest Man with 19 Bags of Cocaine

Police arrested a man reportedly carrying 19 baggies of crack cocaine in his pocket.
Officers say 28-year-old Donald Terrance Parker led them on a brief foot chase after trying to stop him for a traffic violation in northeast El Paso.Once police caught up to Parker. He says they found more than 4 grams of crack cocaine on him.
