Pastor Tom Brown Plans on Appealing Recall of Local Leaders

EL PASO-- The recall election of Mayor John Cook and two city representatives could still happen after all. 

This is despite last month's ruling by the Texas 8th Court of Appeals to throw out signatures that would have led to a recall election. 

Stuart Leeds, one of Brown's two attorneys, said he's officially filed a request to the Texas Supreme Court, asking them to overturn the appellate ruling.
