Ochoa, the morning line favorite at 8-5, won teh 53rd annual All American Futurity at Ruidoso Downs Racetrack Monday. It is the world's richest quarter horse race with a $2.4 Million dollar purse, $1.2 Million for the winner. Ochoa is trained by Sleepy Gilbreath, who has won two runnings of the Labor Day classic. Ochoa was ridden by jockey Roy Baldillez, who filled in for injured Jacky Martin. Martin was paralyzed ealier this week after a fall in a race at the track. Martin is recovering at University Medical Center in El Paso.
