A Las Cruces man has been arrested in connection to a homicide investigation.
27 year-old Richard Castillo was arrested eight miles away from the Santa Teresa port of entry.
According to our records, Dona Ana County Sheriff's Investigators were looking for him in connection to a deadly shooting in Anthony, New Mexico last month.
