MANHUNT MONDAY: Elizabeth Bernal Wanted on 19 Counts of Fraud Charges

EL PASO-- Hot check writers, take note: they will find you. This week's Manhunt Monday Most Wanted Fugitive is sought on a slew of forgery and fraud charges dating back to 2004. 

49-year-old Elizabeth Bernal is the target of the El Paso County Sheriff's weekly feature.

Bernal is wanted on 19 counts of forgery or fraud charges. 

Recently, Bernal was featured on Crime Stoppers of El Paso. A representative for Bernal contacted authorities and said she would be surrendering to law enforcement this past weekend. 

After authorities contacted Bernal, she said she worked as a flight attendant, and was always in and out of the city. 

EPCSO said Bernal knows she's wanted, and may be using another name. They believe she is staying with a boyfriend, friends, or relatives in the El Paso area.
