EL PASO — A construction project to give a segment of George Dieter Drive a smoother riding surface will begin on Wednesday, according to the City of El Paso Department of Transportation.
The surface restoration project for George Dieter between Montwood Drive and Edgemere Boulevard cost about $300,000 and should be completed by the end of the month.
There will be some temporary lane closures associated with this more than one-mile roadway project. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Proper traffic control measures will be in place to direct the traveling public through this area during this period.
