EL PASO- The dinosaurs are back in El Paso, lucky for us they'll be at the Insights Museum.
Dino Day is happens at the museum on June 16th, 2012. There'll be over 75 dinosaur displays. That means fossils, skeletons,lots of sharp teeth and claws for the kids to look at. A couple of hands on exhibits as well. For the adventurous, there'll be a dinosaur tracks tour. That will leave early Saturday morning, with a map in hand, families can look at actual dinosaur tracks out at the museum's Mount Cristo Rey site.
Dino Day will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. The tour will meet at Insights Museum at 8:30a.m. Transportation not provided. Maps will be issued. Tour Admission: $3 (Insights Members), $5 (Non-Member Adults), $4 (Non-Member Children, ages 4-11). Kids 3 and under are FREE. Space is limited to 50 persons. Reservations are encouraged.
General Admission: $6 ($5 seniors, students and military; $4 ages 4-11). Museum Members are free and we are offering a 10% discount on new memberships on "Dino Day" as well as a 20% discount in the Museum Store.
